Analytics and Insight Manager – London
SearchData is currently looking to recruit an Insight and Analytics Manager to help drive data strategy for a growing B2B Marketing business based in North London. This role will with working closely with internal media teams and will require some client-facing support.
You will be primarily focussed on developing and delivering B2B marketing insights initiatives for a range of multi-national clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary from deep-diving media insights, through data maintenance and dashboard creation.

Essential Skills:
·Experience with an end-to-end data technology stack from ETL, data warehousing, onto data visualisation
·Solid experience in a B2B marketing environment, preferably agency side
·Confident in working with large data sets and writing SQL in BigQuery and ETL platforms
·Experience building dashboards/data visualisation using tools such as Tableau/ PowerBI / QlikView and Google Data Studio
·End to end / “closed loop” reporting methods and techniques; top, middle, and bottom of funnel performance analysis
·Knowledge of inbound/outbound acquisition strategies such as PPC, SEM, and email nurture campaigns
·Experience analysing and reporting on large-scale advertising and media campaigns
·Confident with the B2B marketing “tech stack”: acquisition, web marketing automation, and CRM platforms
·Expert user of Excel including dashboard build, standardised data, pivot tables, data transformation
·A high attention to detail to spot issues and troubleshoot until resolved
·To have strong commercial understanding on pipeline, conversion rates and revenue of leads
·Train and mentor junior members of the team
Desirable Skills:
·3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics and insights
·Experience with Salesforce
·Interest in new marketing technologies and wider digital industry
·Attribution models and strategy incl. single and multi-touch attribution
·Experience with UTM/custom tracking, building tracking infrastructure and schemas
·A/B testing analysis
