With over 1000 lawyers, 300 partners, 29 offices, and 17 jurisdictions, our client is expanding its IT Services team and is currently seeking a Business Analyst.
Typical Duties
- Creation and management of documentation
- Identification of the root cause of issues and be able to articulate opportunities to stakeholders
- Translation of requirements into functional specs
- Management of user acceptance testing
What are the requirements?
- 2+ Years experience as a BA
- Excellent stakeholder skills of all seniority levels
- Knowledge of BPMN
- Preferably a qualification in Business Analysis
- Preferably previous experience in law or other highly regulated sector
