Business Analyst – Manchester – up to £50k

SearchDATA is currently partnered with a global organisation who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a truly multi-disciplined team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced BA to join a business that is fast paced, positive and looking to make changes to benefit colleagues and customers alike. 

Your role as a BA will predominantly be focussed on Salesforce, so exposure to this or similar CRM’s is vital. You will work with the CRM team and stakeholders across all business areas to design and build solutions.

  • Work with all levels of front-office and operational users to capture business requirements for IT projects, ranging from large-scale projects to new features and improvements
  • Involvement in the design and delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal and external development teams
  • Point of contact for all technical issues and BAU requests on the Salesforce platform and feedback to the wider IT team on the potential impact on the Salesforce eco-system of any planned work
  • Maintenance of technical documentation, advising the IT Operations team and other training resources on upcoming change

Experience Required

  • Prior experience of working with Salesforce or a similar platform
  • Be able and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The flexibility to work both in short sprints to achieve a large throughput of change whilst also being able to work on larger, more complex projects over a longer period
  • Ideally experience of working in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels and contribute your own ideas to solution design
  • Be able to document processes and change requirements to a high level of detail
  • An analytical approach to problem solving and solution design
