We are looking for motivated leaders to drive the delivery of results for our enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

Leadership and Management

  • Manage delivery of professional services to clients (client satisfaction/references, revenue, gross margin)
  • Build, manage, and expand client relationships (new sales)
  • Lead delivery teams (team morale)

Client Results

  • Drive the client experience throughout the project lifecycle, taking our client’s complex problems and providing a methodology to design and implement a solution through productive business use
  • Proven track record of growing existing client accounts, ability to lead and grow new client accounts and perform business development activities
  • Experience managing, communicating, and navigating project risks, budget, rates, profitability, and launch/closeout activities with executive level stakeholders and project teams
  • Experience delivering client focused solutions using Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Heroku) and related products
  • Strong presence with ability to synthesize multiple points of view into a coherent action plan with the ability to deliver through leadership / point-of-view in relevant subject areas
  • Willingness and ability to network across client accounts to expand the client’s understanding of the services and network
  • Facilitation for and communication with a range of client levels and functions

The following skills are essential for success in this role:

  • Extensive experience and understanding of Salesforce products
  • Leadership and management of high-performance teams
  • Situational intelligence to manage conflict, ambiguity, and issues
  • Ability to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making decisions
  • Commercial experience of managing large scale client delivery, with the ability to drive account growth through engagement and opportunity awareness
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative with an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems and motivate teams
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

The following education/experience is preferred:

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree, with Master’s a plus
  • 15+ years of experience with at least 5+ years consulting specifically in CRM solutions
  • Proven experience leading large teams through the development of solutions using Salesforce products and owning the responsibility for end to end project delivery
  • Experience with Intelligent Automation implementations is a plus
